Hello,

We have a Mazak horizontal that has three speeds for RPM.. I need the post to post a M37,M38 or M39 at certain RPM's.. How do I make the post do this..

Needs to before the M03 or on same line..

M37 is 0 to 535 RPM

M38 is 536 to 1650 RPM

M39 is 1651 to max which is 5000 RPM

Thanks

Darin,

In the MpMaster mill post there is a variable called "use_gear"

use_gear : 0 #Output gear selection code, 0=no, 1=yes

then you can adjust the RPM range in this look-up table

# Define the gear selection code

flktbl 1 3 #Lookup table definition - table no. - no. entries

40 0 #Low gear range

41 400 #Med gear range

42 2250 #Hi gear range
