AxelZu,you dont want to do that

 

by default its set to 3, speeds up processing to get you going. I tend to set that at 1 degree or less depending on the quality your after. Yes the code gets huge but who cares memory is cheap. I have finish toolpaths from a single toolpath that grow to about 1 million lines of code

If I change the surface quality the program - cut tolerance is reduced but there is little movement on the X in 0.001 and shows a bad verification,but in cimco shows the correct path

Maybe somewhere there are filters?

by entering such a large value in the tool angle parameter, your telling the system to eliminate points on the surface. if your cutting a round surface then I would use a different tool path but if its oval shaped, I dont think you will like the results in the machine.
