Mits wire machine install question..

A friend of mine just installed a 1989 Mits 110H wire machine.The machine had been sitting for about a year.An electrician did the wiring and I did all the basic maintenance.For some reason there is power to the mother unit but not to the table,hand control or wire cut options.I was wondering if there is another breaker (other than the one in the back) that I don't know about.All the fuses are good.Any help is appreciated.

Just a shot in the dark but if the machine isn't phased properly the single phase stuff (like the control) would work right but the 3 phase stuff [like motors] may not work at all
