  1. A friend of mine just installed a 1989 Mits 110H wire machine. The machine had been sitting for about a year.An electrician did the wiring and I did all the basic maintenance. For some reason there is power to the mother unit but not to the table, hand control or wire cut options.I was wondering if there is another breaker (other than the one in the back) that I don't know about. All the fuses are good.Any help is appreciated. Thanks,
  2. I would like to that everyone for the helpful answers to my last post.I have another question. In MC 9.1 whenever I skim the outside of a block (after roughing the block then cutting a cavity)It wants to thread and start the 1st skim pass at the lead out and not the lead in (where my thread hole is located).I've tried using the origins/wcs option from the wire parameters page to thread at the lead in but it insists on threading and starting the first skim at the lead out.It would work if I picked the one way option in the general page but that means it cuts, rapid moves and rethreads at every pass.Is there a way of using the reverse option and having it skim all passes from the lead in uninterupted ? I appreciate any help I can get...Thanks...Ronan,
  3. Hi everyone, I just updated from MC 9 to MC 9.1 and I'm having trouble picking the thread and cut position.Every time I backplot in MC 9.1 It starts the cut at 0,0.Is this an error due to a default in one of the parameter pages.Any help will be much appreciated. Thanks...Ronan,
  4. I'm trying to program (in wire)a cavity as a parasolid that has a slot through it. It's a basic cavity that in the sections with the slot is on 2 different levels. As a solid I can't get mc to connect two lines that aren't on the same level.
  5. I'm having a hard time trying to figure out how to use the subprogram function in MC9 for wire. The manuel I have does not tell how to use it.Can somebody explain to me step by step how to use it...Thanks...Ronan,
