Issue with pocket. Cuts edge.

I'm working on a student project for which I have to cut pockets for a mold that will be injected with a bench top injection molder. I'm using the hybrid 3d tool path and noticed an issue with it. I don't get a nice edge "around" the pocket. The ball endmill rounds the edge of the pocket. It almost looks like a tiny fillet (see attached pic). This means, my edges of the injection molded parts won't be clean.

I played with all the settings and can't find any good solution to this problem. It doesn't show up in the simulation, only in the final part. It's also not just in this particular file, but with all pockets that I cut with the hybrid tool path. What could be the issue here?
