Lathe tools in X7

I have gotten this error more than once and was wondering if anybody else has gotten this. When I go to add a tool in my operation it tells me that tool 0202 tool already exhist in the tool list,,,but it does not..It ask me if I want to add another so I say "OK" and it then doesn't add anything??? It is always tool 0202 that it wants to add. Also at random times I loos that same tool in my library, tool 0202 which is my finish tool that I pretty much use on every part. Kind of frustrating.

Try Right clicking and open the tool manager, then unselect the filter and see if a tool with the same number is already in the part tools or the libary.
