4 axis Trunnion Troubles

I'm trying to mill these inverted radius serrations on a trunnion with a 4 axis mill, we don't have Mill 5 axis. The last three ops with the 82 Deg. mill, it seems to be close with xyz moves in backplot and verify,

But when I post the angles, XY, seem correct but not the Z's?  Also verify is not leaving flats evenly on the part?

Don't know if this is a 5 axis project or not?

  Thanks for your time

Russell
