Analyzing an .IGS file

I have this .igs file that the customer have provided to me with and I would like to analyze to get the dimensions like radius and distance, but when I analyze a surface for example, it does not give me any dimensions whatsoever, it only tells me its a trimmed nurbs surface with the amount of control points.

Also, when I create an edge curve from the models surfaces, the result is a very choppy, faceted arc. I'm really new to model imports in mastercam, any help greatly appreciated!

Yup, best bet, get something better than an iges( I guess it's close enough)

I mean you can analyze but as you're finding out, it can be a pain..

Best way to think of iges......garbage in, garbage out
