Changing Surface Colours

I have made surfaces - which need to be different colours - the colours are shown 

 

This causes me problems - any idea how to change surface colours so they show different colours on both sides ( obviously I have tried usual way- i.e. right click and try to change the surface colour - but nothing changes ??

Mastercam is showing you the "backside" surface color. This shows you which side of the surface is "normal". The colored sides will be the "positive" or "normal" sides. The gray sides are the "backside", or tne non-normal side.

 

To get Mastercam to show your surfaces without the backside shading, you must turn it off (checkbox) in the "CAD settings" in the System Configuration.

 

Just be aware that you need to have your surface normals set "to the same side" when performing a surface-to-surface operation like "Surface Fillet".

THANKS - tried this and worked - I had looked in config - but not in cad settings section - sorted now
