X9 Not Retaining Window & Dialog Positions

Hey Gang,

 

Recently updated to X9 from X7 and can't get any window or dialog positions to save positions.

 

They stay where positioned until restarting Mastercam, then they revert back to the original locations.

 

I also can't seem to get the columns in the Tool selection portion of the Common Parameters window to remember its settings.

 

When I installed X9, I installed for Everyone and I'm a member of the Administrators group.  Also tried running As Administrator with sames results.

 

Anyone have a solution?
