Mastercam x9 MotionMaster 5B-55XT

I'm trying to run a 5 axis program on our MotionMaster 5B-55XT the controller is a xxxxOR 8055. I made a simple program to verify what it is I am working with (it moves to points in a 5'x5' grid about 3" above the table and dwells at each spot, then repeats the process ~24" above the table.)

I keep getting the error shown on the photo;
CNC: 0044 Incorrect Coordinates

I've tried searching for similar issues online, but keep running into contradicting information.
