2) Yesterday, one file went "screwy". Suddenly, and I mean, SUDDENLY, my WCS switch from top to a numbered WCS which was NOT made. All arc and lines exploded and were placed all over the grid.

 

3) Four hours later I went to my config and recevied this error message "Message 436 in [configuration test] not found." This went through four steps with same message using numbers 436, 437, 438 and 439.

 

Does anyone know what is going on?????????

When V9.1 SP2 was installed, did you Overwrite V9 or Uninstall V9 completely and do a fresh install of V9.1 SP2? Overwriting tends to do some "screwy" things to the old installation of V9. We always recommend uninstalling first and then installing V9.1 SP2 fresh. This requires a backup of important data before the uninstall. Also, what O/S are you using and do you have any active virus scan software running during the install? The virus scan can often corrupt the installation. If virus scan was active during the original install process, uninstall the V9.1 SP2 and try reinstalling it after making sure everything is de-activated. HTH Merry Christmas.
