Not necessarily an easy thing to do.

Use parameter information to capture the values of the clearance height and feed plane. Have a look at pparameter in Mpmaster as well as Mp.hlp seaching on 'clearance'. You'll have to lock in on parameters 10020, 10021, 10024, and 10025. If the values are incremental, you'll have do some additional work.

Another way would be to count the first couple of moves with a counter variable and assume that Z move 1 is the clearance height, Z move 2 is the feed plane, and save out values as you hit those moves. e.g. if movecnt = 2, z_feed = z - Many assumptions here.

On each line with pzout, add a pm51m52 call

pm5152 # hey

if z = z_clear, "M51"

if z = z_feed, "M52"
