Mastercam X9 Demo - error at start

After I start mastecam there is information that an error occurred and Mastercam will by turned off.

I used the repair options and reinstall the program, and nothing has changed.

It started to work only after I uninstalled AVG antivirus.

 

Unfortunately, recently I tried to open a file from Solid Ege ST9 (right-click "Open using Mastercam") and the same problem occurred again.

Reinstalling the program along with the anti-virus (Avira this time) did not help.

 

What could be the problem and how do I fix this so that it will not appear in the future?

I have a new computer with Windows 10; Nvidia GeForce 920MX.

Hello,

 

Try going to Start > Mastercam X9 Demo-HLE > Advanced Configuration. Select "Graphics support" and toggle "Hardware acceleration" to "disable." That will hopefully fix this issue.
