After I start mastecam there is information that an error occurred and Mastercam will by turned off. I used the repair options and reinstall the program, and nothing has changed. It started to work only after I uninstalled AVG antivirus. Unfortunately, recently I tried to open a file from Solid Ege ST9 (right-click "Open using Mastercam") and the same problem occurred again. Reinstalling the program along with the anti-virus (Avira this time) did not help. What could be the problem and how do I fix this so that it will not appear in the future? I have a new computer with Windows 10; Nvidia GeForce 920MX. Thank you in advance for your help

I have the problem with I read the pdf and I can't find the install log file. I found the repair and the uninstall files, I copied the GUID, and and I tried to find it in the registry editor. I didn't find it, what now?
