Active Reports X9 Issue

I have been using active reoprts for X9 for a few years now with no issues.  We upraded the computers from windows 7 to windows 10 and still no issues.  A windows update was released and installed and 1 of 2 computers is now having an issue with active reports.  It seems to take approx 1 min for the computer to put the screen shot up on the screen and the approx another min for the print dialog box to appear.  Has anyone come across this?  Before reinstalling Mastercam I was hoping for an easier fix.
