Vacuum fixtures on 5 axis

Is anybody using vacuum fixtures on table-table style 5 axis? I'm looking for ideas on hose management. Any info, help or references would be appreciated.

Does the machine have internal piping for Hydraulic? Table would require a rotary coupling of some sorts integrated through the center of the table back through the machine. Anything else is really going to limit what you can do. There is where a Fixed Table Full Knuckle Head-Head 5 Axis is the better choice. Problem is a lot of the machine builders don't sell them so they can only offer you what they got and hope you figure out a different way to make the parts.

Will be a HAAS TR-160 to start. Unsure of the future machine, but likely a trunnion style with hydraulics. Thanks for the link.

In that case I would use what I showed you about. I would have the vacuum line drag in a wire protected harness on the table or I would use a coil type line. I would then adapt that to the my bottom plate and make a quick change system with o rings and everything using a zero set system. Then I could do many different parts. The Vacuum adaption system I am envisioning would be one of a kind since I would take 30 years of bad practices seen over the years and not allow any of them to be put in place. If done right I could have it off and on the Trunnion in 5-10 minutes and you could transfer vacuum fixtures on the setup in less than a minute.
