small helix problem

ive done this tons of times in earlier versions with success but im having trouble getting my code to output arcs now.

I have a shallow chamfer I need to put on the edge of a round hole about 1.5 in dia.

I can only get the code to run continuously without a zipper line by using threadmill as the toolpath.

if the angle is not very shallow it outputs arcs but at this shallow angle it outputs a spline made up of lines.

my threadpitch is .0005 and its only going about .06 deep.

my post says allow helixes in all planes and the box is not checked to "linearize helixes" on the threadmill page.

any ideas?

forgot to say I use threadmill all the time to get continuous motion on angles like this.

In the settings, I think there is a minimum pitch field. I think mine is the default which is .0005. Maybe that?
