2019 Rotate not updating drafting

I have a dimensioned part in 2019 I rotate it and the all the dimensions do not update?

Hi David,

 

                Thank you for sending this in. Taking a look a Point Dimensions values not updating when rotating this appears to be an issue when rotating around the active WCS/C plane with the Transform Rotate and Transform Dynamic functions. Moving the gnomon on these functions away from the WCS/C plane should correctly update the values.

I have created a request and will be closer looked into by the design product owner.
