Windows NT landscape printing

MasterCam 9.2 SP2 Lathe is hanging up when we attempt to output hardcopy 'Landscape' documents. Ok in 'Portrait'.

 

Using HP postscript printer driver, Windows NT 4.0 SP6, Netware 5.1 NDPS printers.

 

Any ideas?

more than likely a NT problem. A support problem for anyone running anything older then Win2K. In fact, all the latest patches, SW2004 support and such, are Win2K or XP only.

What's strange is it only happens with Lathe.

We have 3 identical boxes, 1 with Mill and 2 with Lathe.

The Mill box has never had a problem which leads me to believe it is something with Lathe.

odd, I can print out of both Mill and Lathe with XP. I'm sticking with my NT guess.

You are running the same computer configuration that we do, and we have no problems like yours.

 

Personally I had a similar problem, but no one else did. Everyone could print off of my setup, but I couldn't. Somehow my user profile had become corrupted right in the middle of a print job. It took one of our IT people to finally figure out what had happened.

Have been fighting with this some more....

 

It definitely seems to be in the lathe package.

Same computer, loaded Mill on and hardcopy works like a charm, go back to Lathe and LOCKUP...

 

Have wiped out user profiles, stood on my head and looked at it backwards and it still won't work...........

 

Any other ideas???
