  2. Hi guys,I did a search on the forum already on foam board.I didn't find anything usefull.IM cutting through .5 ELMER'S Foam Board and I'm making all different kinds of shapes.Does anyone have any suggestions on motor rpm, feed rates,and Type of cutter I should use. THANKS EVERYONE
  3. The G00 is telling it to be a rapid move. Change it to a G01 then you can control your feed rate with F50. to whatever feedrate you're comfortable with.I hope this is helpful

Hi guys the owner of the company which I work at wants me to use phonlic board fixtures for the cnc routers.Because he says thats what everyone is useing .I have been using gray pcv for the past 6 years and Im happy with it.I've tryed many other types of materials over my 15 years of programing and I like the pvc.So my question is what do you guys use and and there a plus in using a PHONLIC board. PS. I'm sorry if I spelled it wrong

IM cutting 1/4 acrylic motor speed 24000 rpm feed rate 325 to 400 ipm .The cutter is a half inch up/down compression bit.I was wondering what would be the best direction to cut covection or climb and why? IM trying to get the best edge on part.Im taking a full dia cut all around part. I dont want to make a finishing cut its not in the job price.I convection cut all my acrylic but is there something im missing about climb cutting

  8. I can import the file to mastercam which is a .dwg,And thats works just fine for me ,But the owner whats me to just copy from autocad and just paste it right into mastercam.Using the copy paste fuction.
