  1. I'm getting an error message in the Configure menu. It happens when I click: Screen> Configure> Start/Exit. The message reads: "Message 5 in [file edit] not found". I can click the "OK" button and continue on without problem. So far I'm not aware of any ill effects as a result of this, but I'm curious as to what the error message refers to. Thanks in advance. Happy New Year! Richard
  2. Thanks for all the replys and suggestions on this one. For a while there I thought it was just my computer having the problem. I can deal with it by manually deselecting the checkbox each session. I'll keep an eye out for a fix. Thanks again everyone. Merry Christmas, Richard
  3. Thanks eveyone. I can tell I'm going to like this forum....... Ezra explained exactly what's happening. I need to be able to dynamically rotate the views to inspect the surface toolpaths and if I don't uncheck the Erase Toolpath in Repaint my toolpaths disappear. I'd like to start up a session of MasterCam with the check box unselected by default. Thanks again. Richard
  4. Any suggestions how to toggle this setting off? I've tried Screen> Configure> NC Settings> Tool Display> Default Display and clicked off Repaint Toolpath, but it doesn't change the setting in the Backplot Display menu. In each new session of MasterCam I have to go to the Backplot Display and turn the toggle off and I'd rather it stay off. Thanks for any help, Richard
  5. Hi ya Jay. We've been doing well. Lisa and miss our saturday morning classes. I've been hiding in my cave programming most of the last half of this year. I've made great progress and am gaining valuable experience. I LOVE my seat of MasterCam and especially all the support Tom has given me. There's still so much I want to learn but am limited by sharing my time having to run the business. How've you been? All's well with your wife and kids I hope. Where are you working these days? Richard
  6. Hi Ron. I'll call you this morning to see if I can offer any help. I can be reached at (818)705-5454. Richard
