Got it. When I installed V6 after the fresh XP load, I chose the wrong sim type. Could not find where to change it so I just reinstalled XP and v6. Works great now. Thanks!

We kept Windows XP. I went ahead and installed version 9 which we bought just for file conversions and it runs fine. I noticed that the version 9 autoplayed to install, but version 6 did not. We have upgraded to 2020, but there is going to be a learning curve so we need to use v6 until that takes place.

I lost my hard drive and reinstalled v6.13 but the hasp 60.exe shows it as "unitialized version" and it comes up with a communication error, then sim not found. Any suggestions other than upgrading my version?
