There is no option for Canned Text option or  a Misc Int/Misc ... on this post.

Mastercam's post for the machine is excellent, but at the moment I have not yet found the option of using a part catcher.

Do I have to enter the code manually?? Or is there a relevant icon?

Hello everyone.
I run into a serious problem when I try to drill small diameter deep holes in polycarbonate. Drills with a diameter of 1-2 mm at depths of 40-60 mm. The diameter of the hole is not uniform, and the surface finishe quality is not satisfactory.

what can be done? I would appreciate advice from the experts.

what extra lengh drills are reccomended?

feeds and speeds? pecking??

Just got my new DT-1 Haas.

How can i set G187- pP3  E0.015 mm as default tolerance for all surface finish operations? For now i m changing tolerance individually for every operation.

What should i change on machine/control definition?
