I have the same problem with ACAD. Its a Dell workstation too with a Quadro 700 XGL card. I am using the extended desktop feature (because my monitors are different size). Every time I close and re-open ACAD all the toolbars and the main screen appear on the primary monitor only. Does any body have a fix for this? Thanks.

I fixed it, found this message in the forum. ---------------------------------------------- In Windows, do Start -> Programs, navigate into the Mastercam program group and run CNC Reg. The CNC RegEdit utility should now be running.... Under the ‘Installed Products’ dropdown select the product/version you are running. Then further down on the CNC RegEdit dialog under ‘Dialog positions’ select ‘Levels Dialog’ and click the Reset button, then Apply and OK to exit this utility.

Can anybody help? The browser window for file/get and save will not display on my screen. The window appears to be there but just not visable i.e if i type a file name when saving and hit enter the file is saved but you have to do it "blind". I beleve the problem is linked to my dual monitor setup with nview since that is when it started, however i've disconnected the 2nd monitor and removed the nvidia driver and reinstalled mastercam and still no joy. I am using lathe 9.1 and my graphics card is a Quadro 470 XGL and im running extended desktop mode. Thanks, Brett.
