  1. Hi, everybody, I tried "Z then G28" but all the spindle got sent home. How do I avoid moving the table where I just want my Z axis to go up in the most effection manner? The reason I asked this is I have quite a few tools to set length so I would like to see the Z axis go up without moving the table so that I can set the length for the following tools quickly. Please advice. I am still a beginner in CNC machine!
  2. Thanks, folks. Thank you for your help. I still have a question: Is it better to use two-flute over four-flute? Do I need to use high helix cutter or a regular endmill?? I do use lots of conventional milling and side milling and just the burrs in the corners are all welded to the piece... Trouble!
  3. Thanks for the tips. I do use Brand New cutter and "climb mill" a few tiems before I reached the finishing size. However, the burr is so heavy that I cann't use any traditional method to remove it (from heavy material removal). Question: may I send nylon on the sending disc?? How do I prevent the workpiece get gummy even I apply constant coolant?? Please advice. Thanks
  4. Hello, is there any way to sent the spindle home (without homing the table) after set the tool length on the Haas machine? I use manual Z level .1 to go up but there must be a way to simplify this. Please help. Thanks
  5. Hello, what is the best deburrring tools for nylons? I found the burrs from heavy roughing is hard to remove and once it is deburred the part does not look neat at all. Please advice.
