How do I keep from posting G41 on G02 G03 lines? This is a Mori Seiki horizontal post.

I am cutting Nomex Honeycomb 2lb. with 3/16 cell so I wanted to have a lease a .1 stepover.

I am trying to run a Rough Plunge toolpath to go around a contour. Basically I want the cutter to "Sew" around the part but I can not get the path to go all the way around without gaps. I made a contour toolpath 1st and use that for the NCI path. Any Ideas?
