  1. ak762: I have heard of your work. I work in Proteus ( Viljandi ) if I remember correctly you did some work for our firm. bridgeport post protsessor?
  2. The firm where I got the materjal they dont know enything about this materjal. But now my problem is solved:) I just tryed out what the materjal do when I mill it. Trolitax is wery easy to mill, big feed´s and litle speed´s. But the materjal has to be dry when you mill it. I use a vacum cleaner:) this is very helpful:) But thanx enyway
  3. I have a problem, I must mill details from Trolitax and I cant find any information about it. Information about trolitax, surface feed etc. Dose anybody have experiens of milling trolitax. Its very helpful if someone gives me any tips. tnx.
  4. In Estonia we have the same problem, cant find any cad/cam programmer. Noboby even wants to learn mastercam... I dont understand what is so hard in it. I have talked about it with few guys but if man cant calculate then there is nothing to do with him. but you. good luck finding the right person!
  5. Because all TAP RH feeds and speed are different and it cant be the same of all tools.
