Hi All
please bare with me ,I'm new to MC.We're using MC version 8 to program our Hein router with a Fanuc 15m control,it's all 2 axis work ,we're cutting multiple identical parts out of sheets of pylwood. We draw a part in autocad then nest as many as we can in a sheet of wood ,then in MC we write a program & post it using the default post MPFAN.We do a lot on changing to the program after posting. Is there a better post to use so we don't need to make so many changes?? thanks for your time

Hello
Is it possable to use a cnc turn table (4th axis)
on it's side.We need to cut curved plywood with a 16" rad. on a Hein router with a Fanuc 15-M control. The cutter doesn't need to be exactly perpendicular to the rad.,like a true 5 th axis but we can't cut it flat with just the x-y axis.
Will this control output the code to turn a turn table? or is there a better way ??
Thanks
Brian
Hi All
I'm using MC to run a Prototrack control. How can I eliminate the heavy dwell marks on the tangent points on arcs. There is quite a long pause when going from event to event when milling
Thanks Brian
