CNC Apps Guy 1,
will you post a link where we can buy the small cap cf cards?

CJep,
Thank you for your Help.
I was using transform for the first 20 parts,
and then I had to translate that for 3 other fixtures using seperate work offsets, so i did use 2 transform operations.
Thank you again and thanks to the forum!

Thank you for the reply,
I'll try it first thing in the a.m.

Can any body explain how to Transform a Transform using multiple work offsets?
using X4
I have a fixture that builds 20 parts at a time,
and I want to duplicate that on 3 other fixtures.
Thank you!

Thank you James, I just created what I needed.

I guess I could be a little more specific,
I'm looking for a solidworks solid model with 4 t-slots that measure .71x 1.34 dp and 1.25 wide x .54 tall. I was hoping to get a link to a library of models. Thanks for responding!

Can anyone help me get a solid model of a 400mm pallet with t-slots?

A lay pattern is used for sealing 2 parts creating and air,gas or liquid tight fit usually requiring a 16 or better finish. With the lines going along the path as opposed to across.
No it is a flat surface
-
We are attempting to build a lay pattern on 99.9% pure copper. the pattern width is 1/4,
the rectangle is 4.0 x 42.5. I wanted to know if anyone has done this on a mill, and if so what did you use.
Thank you.

Any experience will help, Thank you

When I establish a few op's I will set all x,y's and z's to whatever they need to be in verify, then back plot just the manual op and save that as an stl.
next time "use file" I just created and never have had a problem during verify!

Thoughts and prayers to you and your family!
