Does anyone else have problems going to the ftp site? Mine never loads just spins like it is doing something but never show up.

I have master cam 9.1 and was posting to a okuma vertical. the situation is i am contouring out a .376 hole with a .312 endmill. i used wear compensation and a 60% perpendicular leadin and leadout. when i got to the machine and ran i found the hole to be a little under and everytime i try to change the dia by more then .004 on the dia i get a arc error from the program. What am i doing wrong? Anyone got a nut for a blind squirrel?

I have come familiar with Fadals embeded subroutines that allow me to do tasks easily like bore out holes from center pilot hole. I was wondering how i can program this task easily in master cam and still use cutter compensation also. Seems like everything i have tried has lead to plunging in off center of pilot hole.

V9.1 with fadal can not get cutter compensation to work right in post. it will turn off cutter comp on the last move of a contour and gouge part. also what is the difference between computer, control, wear, reverse wear? Can anyone recommend a good book on this stuff? Sorry master cam has turned me into a question monster.
