the software would b ?
i have a ge2000 control i need it cut blocks on an indexer but after it rotates once the deg get above 360 example it rotates 4 times 0,90,180,270 then when i go back to zero it reads 360 and climbs from there as if its in incremetal?
4108.zip
i have 3 groups of machines 2 that use the lead in to apply comp and 1 that doesnt .
is there a way to make all 3 the same . these are old machines i can send the posts ( i think i would be allowed
by the reseller?) since ver 9 is no longer supported .(and this is not a complaint inhouse has been very good to us)
sorry, wasnt very clear.
i save a file with no geometry and then import the drawing
and then just select the geometry. so the operations are allready there.
i can drag and drop the points but was just wondering if there was a way to group them without moving them
from there original order.
hi, listen i am a new guy so this may not help but we use a excel file to change tools amoung machines,\it is on lathes
but say a cnmg on 3101 is diffent than 3104 the mastercam is programmed to a cnmg then the sheet takes over and corrects it for both machines.
Hi guys, this is a quick one . i have 100 plus blocks to do that have the same features just in different spots.
so my operations look like
cdrill
drill #7 (for 1/4-20)
drill 11/32
endmill 3/8 to straighten hole
endmill slot 3/8
ream 3/8
tap 1/4-20
so the question is , is there a way so when i select the holes for the #7 drill to make it also go into the 1/4-20?
and the 11/32 and endmill and reamer. there are more ops than this , it would just save time and reduce mistakes.
