Hello, I am in need of a post for a Monarch VMC45B, it has a Ge Fanuc 16-M control on it. If anyone has one and is willing to give it up I appreciate it. We are also having trouble communicating to the machine. We have to use a RS 232 cable and send programs that way. I believe everything is set up correct on Mastercams end, but the machine will not read it. If any one uses this or knows how advice is needed. Thanks.

Jim, My NCI does post out a -1. The funny thing is when I post from the operation manager it posts normal with a G54. Thanks everyone for the help

We have been running Ver.8 and just loaded Ver.9, I updated the posts and everything works good except it gives a G53 code instead of G54 like before. I know this has to be a simple fix, I just can not seem to find it. Thanks in advance for the replies.

Thanks both of you, now I dont have to here the operators cry about the air not turning on.

I would like to know if there is a way to add air into my tool parameters, or change the existing mist to air. Thanks for any help.
