  1. The question is; when setting up the parameters in the contour tab for land height am I calculating that from the die steel surface down or simple entering the amount of land I need. For example; 2" block with a .250" land. For the land height do I enter 1.750" or simple the .250". Thanks for your suggestions
  2. I am importing in IGES files and having trouble chaining. I've tried to delete duplicate lines as well as joining the lines however there is an error "Cannot join the arcs-they do not have the same center and radius". Any suggestion would be appreciated
  3. I AM BURNING A TWO INCH HOLE IN MY CHARMILLES 300, POSTED THE SAME PROGRAM FOR MY 390 AND WHEN I TRYED TO DRYRUN IT, I GOT AN ERROR "CNCE20: PROGRAM:INCORRECT CIRCLE RADIUS". WHAT AM I MISSING? THANKS, tada
  4. H.M. I think we might not be talking about the same problem. Its just my skim cut starts at the orginal thread point and slowly skims all the way back to the tangent point of my opening. Does this make sense? I've looked through the cut page and found no way to shorten the entry cut of only the skim cut...
  5. The scenerio is this; I’m burning a 2” hole with a centered start hole. The program roughs from the center of the start hole to the product (Perimeter of the circle). It then roughs the full circle, drops the slug and then rapids back to the center of the hole. Then it skims slow air from the center of the circle to the product. Is there away to move your secondary start location so that I am not skimming all the way from the centered start hole. (Understanding that having my start hole close to the edge would be the best.) Thanks
  6. Thanks for the warm welcome...
  7. Long time listener first time caller. (Just showing Tada how to post, thanks for your patients)
