Thanks Ivan! I found that variable it show up a lot in the post. I added but it only shows up if there are no tools selected. As in T0000. I still need to find the right block that is at the top of the program so it the first thing it does. A safety line so to speak no necessarily on tool change. -
I want to add a safety line to the top of mt programs on my lathe post. Something along the lines of G28 U0. W0. That way the program does not start in some random place. I'm using a generic fanuc post

You could rebuild the old machine. Its not impossible to recreate or FIX the old machine.

How to activate the sub spindle stock and chuck definitions.

figured it out. I had forgot to add the chuck to the right spindle. Once I added that I can now define the right spindle. I'm sure now I'll run into other issues- 1 reply

Hello, I can't define the stock for the sub spindle. Here you can see it is grayed out. I've adjusted the machine definition but I'm missing something to get this to work. Any help?
