We had a similar job with a 20 degree angle and could not find anything at the time so we had one made from Valenite,but OTM makes chamfer cutters with alot of different angles.

If you can sandblast edges before machining it will help.

My plunge feed is set to IPR.

I have not had a problem with this until today.When I post code on my finishing pass my linear feedrate is .004 ipr but on all arc moves it changes to 5 ipm,I have it check to adjust feedrate on arc moves in the CD but it has never changed to IPM feedrate.

Do a search for Repository software,there is a good one out there but I can't recall the name It's about a thousand bucks,but there is also some open source stuff on Sourceforge.net.The software handles file versioning,check in, check out,read only and permissions.

It used to be when I moved an entity my dimensions would update,now the dimensions stay where they are.Is there a setting for this,and if so where.

No I am trying to open a configuration of whatever machine icon I click on.

The toolbar states button is unchecked in machine definition manager and configs still revert back to last used.

I installed MR2 and set up my icons one to lathe

config one to mill config,but whenever I click on a icon it reverts back to the last used profile.I have use last definition button unchecked in both config files,I opened both config files in text editor and compared the differences it looks like everything that should be different is,I am pulling my hair out on this one.Never had trouble with shortcuts before.

Ok it is on the site (1.5 repairable back half 2.mcx)

Makes no difference whatever i change in lead in out settings or if i dont use any at all.

When i backplot the toolpath on the ID it looks fine except for some toolpath lines that are creating a full circle at the end of the path, rough and finish cuts.Underneath the circles everything looks fine,but it posts code for the circles.These circles are not connected to anything.I am using MR 1
