    Neither equal scallop or regular scallop seem to adjust the stepover based on the angle/shape of the surface. They keep the same stepover/down regardless. Am I not checking a box somewhere or is there a finish toolpath that looks at your max scallop height and can increase or decrease the stepover based on geometry? I only have access to mill 3d, not the multiaxis paths.

    I can do that, but I never use either of those for verify. I do edit selected tool paths often. You developers at Mastercam are usually pretty good at giving users options to customize the work space.

    In the tool paths manager window, when I right click to access the "right click menu", Mastercam 2024 often goes to simulate the nearest toolpath. How do I disable this?

    Is it possible to force a tool database to always sort by diameter descending and then by tool number?
