Yeah I reloaded the whole thing. I do have a green sim though and I'm thinking that's not gonna cut it with the new computer. I'm probably going to have to upgrade to a newer version of mastercam. Wish me luck guys trying to get them to upgrade anything is like trying to squeeze a dollar out of a penny, it's not happening.

I'm using mastercam 5.0 and yes I know it's ancient but I don't need anything else for what I'm doing here at work. Simply 2d designs in board. Anyways I finally got a new computer here and when I tried transfering over my mastercam program it gives me a sim error when booting up. My m activator card is plugged into the printer port and as far as I know everything should be fine. Could it possibly be the fact that I'm running windows xp pro. I don't think it should becuase I'm changing the compatability mode to 98. Please help if you know whats going on, it would be greatly appreciated. [email protected]
