  1. I am having a problem with my post processor, whenever it moves from one operation to the next, instead of moving in the xy plane and then down it moves all three axis at once. In the verify in Mastercam everything is correct, but when I post and run on the machine it is not. All of the feed planes and retract planes have been set well above where there can be a problem. The post puts out a line such as: G1 X4.0 Y5.0 Z1.2 Where it should be: G1 X4.0 Y5.0 G1 Z1.2 Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks
  2. To Jay and Matt, Thank you both very much for taking the time for answering my questions. That was exactly what I needed,
  3. Hello, I am working on an anti-roll system for a racecar that I am building as a club at Georgia Intsitute of Technology, and I am having some trouble. On this part I am having trouble getting the countour surfacing to remove the unneeded cuts from the bottom of the part, I have tried the remove cuts from shallow areas with no luck. Anyone else have any ideas? Or should I try a different type of surfacing, I have tried quite a few and nothing else seems to be nearly as efficient as this one, even the flowline was having lots of problems. The file can be downloaded from, ftp://mastercam:[email protected]/Ma...R_ANTI_ROLL.MC9 Thanks for the help,
