Hello Everyone X4 Mu2 is working fine in window 7 and when I tried in Window 8.1 it is giving " Sim not found" Does anybody knows whether X4 is compatible with window 8.1? thanks

Did any one try NC Explorer program to transfer the programs from PC window 8.1 to CNC machines with MItubushi M70 Control? It is working for window 7. I want to load 8.1 and I want to make sure if it gonna work. Please reply asap. thanks

Hi Every body, I have to cut 90 deg included teeth, 2 mm deep in 304 SS material and 5" X 7" rectangle plate. At the bottom of the teeth should be min radius. Any ideas to suggest the tool which last long to do 200 pcs will be helpful. Thanks in advance.

Good morning Everybody, If anybody know the source who can do the Roll thread on outside dia. in Toronto or the surrounding area. I need 3/4-16UNF -2A Roll thread on the both end of the pin. Pin is 4." long,middle have 1.5 dia 1" long, and I need 3/4-16 roll thread on 1.25" long on both ends. Material 17-4 PH. Qty is 70 pcs.We have CNC lathes but we don't have attachnent for roll thread. I just want to clear more so I can make it more understandable. I drawn an arc of 2." dia in top view. Arc start at 0. deg and end at 20 deg. I want to anchor the end of the arc which at 0 deg and tilt the arc upward, means other end goes to more positive Z value. I should get the toolpath which should follow the same path as the arc is not tilted in x-y with z value changing.

Rot Plane, Normal or what Plane should I select

If any body can tell me how I can tilt some arc from its one end. I have a some arc drawn on top view and now I have to tilt this arc from their one edge 23 deg upward so ball tool will dig in one end and going up along the curve. I could not figure out what plane i should be taking to rotate the curve. Please let me know If you understand what I mean and if you can help me. Thanks in advance

Hi Everybody, Somehow, status bar is left with 3D, WCS and Group buttons and rest of the buttons are not appearing. I tried with deleting the config file and restarting the computer but have the same results. If anybody can help me to bring the rest of the buttons back in the status bar? Thanks in advance.

Hi every body, I am doing Trapezoidal external thread with specifications as 25 mm major dia, 23.5 mm pitch dia, 21.5 mm minor, 30 deg incl angle and 3 mm pitch. If anybody can help me to calculate to find pin dia and what is dimn of the measurement over pin to check this thread? Thanks in advance
