Thanks, I set up Operation Libraries and started using them today. It works perfectly. Exactly what I needed.

Is there a .formula file or something similar where I can make custom defaults for the Hybrid and Optirough operations? Example: I set my .default file for an optirough to use an 1/8 Bullnose and take 20% stepovers, and I set my Gap size to 150%. If I select this operation and use the 1/8 Bullnose, all is correct except the gap size. It will be 3160.????%. If I select a 1/4 Bullnose for the operation, all of my stepover %'s will be half as much, and the gap size is never correct. I have set all other HSM operations using a custom .formula file and all works perfect.
