i have to make somthing on a cnc mill for a school project i can make anythng that i can think of but i want to chalenge my self so does any one have any ideas of somthing trikey to make that is small 8 by 12 by 3 inches if so thanks

yes i am fairly good at 3d but than the tool paths will be hard to draw on the small scale that i have the part is only goes .125 inches down

mastercam x i think level 3

i am trying to make a sighn with letters on it and i got it all drawn in on mastercam x. i am trying to cut it into steel and the only endmill that will fit is a 18th inch which is to small to remove the material with out breaking. i am trying to cut a rough pass with a 14 inch bit but i cant get the contour to recognize that there are other letters so it cuts off the letters around the one that it is contouring. i no my way around mastercam but i am stumped does any one have a solution? thanks bissen00
