  4. Yes John, Its for college, also i am new to maching. I have searched through google to no avail. Their are only two question which i have left to finish my course.
  5. Input = user i.e. engineer, designer, cnc programmer, cmm or laser scan... Output = NC code, CAD file... Also that too Cheers chaps
  6. If you are talking about setup information and such and how the table and fixtures, vises and clamps are layed out, myself, I do ALL of that in Solidworks and the move it into mastercam. Thats what i want. Also terminology for cnc
  7. Thanks for the welcome. I need to identify the inputs and outputs of a cam system, and describe the methods old or new of component location / clamping and toolholding in cnc machine.
