  1. I am having issues using the new dynamic core milling on McamX-6. is it possible to use this operation say like on a piece of pipe and you want core out a channel on the end. so this is a open pocket. I want to bury my tool 1" deep and core mill out the material. Is it possible or am I barking up the wrong tree? any help would be great. thanks.
  2. We have a new Haas TM3p vertical mill, its a awsome machine, with one exception, whenever we run tools longer then an hour , the tool tends to stick to the spindle, and this is with proper machine condtions and feeds and speeds. My question is that is this a common character on these machines, and is there any remedy for this condtion?
  3. my tool changer is mal-functioning , tool does not release from spindle , I wrote a small program to preform 10 tool changes but I want it to automatically when it gets to the end of the program to restart so I can run the program for 30 minutes, I tried using m01 , m02 and m30 non worked even with they optonal stop off,is there a special code you use for this particallur machine , Haas TM3 vertical mill. if this is a improper question to post then please disreguard as I am new to this forum thaks petey.
  4. well, here it is ,I run a brand new Haas vetical mill,(sweet little machine)anyways from time to time I machine solid pattern pine and Ren shape-ren board, and the dust is crazy ,its all over the machine the ways and the dust floats all over my work station,is there any good low cost dust collection systems that would remedy this problem?Preferably something that would adapt to the machine itself.
