  1. Have not been able to find anything out yet so I contacted CNC. Lets see what happens. Thanks CadCam
  2. Hi I am looking at un installing alot of our old Mastercam V9 SP1/SP2 etc from our network and I would like to use SMS or a script to do this without user interaction. I tried the uninstallers setup.exe /? but it launched the uninstaller requiring user interaction. Does X have any options for unattended installs and uninstalls? Does anyone know where I can find more options about Mastercam MSI options and comand line switches? Thanks for any input. Jorgen
  3. Did a search and found some info, I don't really like the info I find but thats a different story. It is currently installed on a 2003 server so that might be the problem. I don't really buy the fact that an XP machine runing processor intensive cam applications should be able to do a better job then an idling server. But it obviosly worked for other shops. At the moment I just stop and start the service and it releases the licenses. I downloaded the latest drivers from Aladdin and it been working for 2 days without a hitch. Time will tell if thats a fix or I need to migrate the sim.
  4. Greetings We are having some problems with our net hasp server. It doesn't release licenses when the user is shutting down MasterCam. As with all good problems it doesn't happen all the time but often enough to be really annoying, restarting the net hasp service takes care of the problem. Any ideas what it could be or where to start trouble shoot. I run the latest net hasp service and it happens on all versions of MasterCam
  5. Hi All We are running a Net Hasp for our users and we are having a problem when the client needs to find the Net Hasp server on a different sub net. The error is something like “can’t find hasp” This problem only happens in X, Ver 9 works fine. I can Ping and browse to both server and clients. MasterCam have a document outlining how I can add the Net Hasp servers IP in the nethasp.ini but I am looking for a solution that will not be overwritten whenever I install a newer version. Does anyone know of a work around or a fix for this problem? Thanks ~Jorgen
