I have a number of very similar parts to make with small variations on o ring grooves etc.
How do you copy or export the existing Drawing/Program save it as a new part and then modify.
Regard Ray.
THE PROGRAM IS TURNING AN UNDERCUT ON A STRAIGHT DIAMETER OF 6 INCHES.
THE UNDERCUT DIAMETER IS 5.5 INCHES THE LENGHT APPROX 5 INCHES.
THE PROGRAM INDICATES 1/16 DEEP CUTS, AND WHEN BACK PLOTTED ON MASTERCAM THAT IS EXACTLY WHAT IT IS DOING.
HOWEVER APON TRANSFER TO THE LATHE IT ATTEMPTS TO DO TWO 1/4 INCH CUTS.
