i have a standard ISO-13041 which has accuracy test havin standard test pieces to be machined in CNC lathe. does anybody know any other standards like BAS,NIS,ANSI,JIS with accuracy tests for CNC lathes which has standard test piece machining. Thanks Bala

the tool i used was CNMG-32 and latter VNMG both did cut the back arc.this is how my plunge para loooks.help me guys.. Thanks Bala

no guys am totally new to CNC machines and mastercam.belive me it is jus my second day exploring mastercam.i see plunge parameters only in the above window.is it wrong..?

these are tha parameters i had given.does anybody see anything wronng why the back arc is not done in the tool path.

I got this tool path using a tool with following specs CNMG-32 1/2in dia 80 deg diamond,R0.0313 ,OD right.I see in the tool path that the back end of the arc is still not made.is iit becos am using the wrong tool.please advice Thanks Bala
