  1. Thanks John. The -1 generates the error, but 0 gives me the G54 that I want. Still have to ditch the A move at the end of the file. Also, when the program finishes it moves the table to machine 0,0. This isn't good because the screw of the vise hits the door. I would like it to just do a "G53 Y-1. Z0" at the end. Regards, Ray in FLA
  2. Two things. Perhaps it is just my ignorance of MC. First, I get an error about the work corrdinate system. I put 54 or G54 in the box under T/C plane, but that doesn't help. Second, at the end of the program it insists on sending A axis to zero. Now, I have an indexer, but it isn't in the machine and this triggers a machine error if I don't edit it out. Regards, Ray
  3. Hello! I am new to this forum and am looking for some guidelines for editing posts. Seems the post for the Haas puts things in that have to be manually removed every time or else the machine gets an error. I have looked at the file MPHAAS.PST and it seems to be a txt file, but I haven't been able to make any head way with experimentation. Any help is greatly appreciated! Regards, Ray in FLA
