Thanks sgann, we already checked that and the target extension was OK on all (3) of our workstations.

Running: XP Pro, MCAMX2, Net Hasp We've been wrestling with an intermittent disconnect with the solid model functions. The file will open but can't look at parameters or generate new solids. Instead, the message tells us that the solids option is not available and to contact mastercam dealer!! We have 3 seats of solids available and the MCAMX2 Icon is targeted properly. Sometimes a computer reboot will bring functionality back but it's usually short lived. This has happened on more than 1 of our workstations. Not sure if it's a software issue or a network communication issue. We've done troubleshooting with our reseller and our IT dept. with no luck so far. Has anyone experienced anything like this? Thanks
