Thanks everyone for all the info's. Bulletman, the control is the OSP500M-G. I have a demo version of OKDNC that limits file transfers to 25k. Could you please tell me the parameter settings for the Cimco. Thanks again, [email protected]

Finally an Okuma technician sent me sample OKDNC software for me to try drip feed using DNC-B on my okuma. This sample OKDNC works great but it only let me run program up to 25k than stop. This software price is $6,995.00 way too expensive for me. Does anyone use other dnc software succesfully for less? Mano

Thank you all, I'm using RS232 cable to download program to BB1: and use the same cable connect to a sperate port for DNC. Could the cable be the problem?
